How many "restart" do we have?

I am having issues committing to daily workout. And eventually binge on weekends. This has been going on for past few years and I'm determined to make a difference.

Anybody wants to join me in making sure we workout every single day?

if you keep doing the same thing, you will get same difference. Start with 2 or 3 workouts a week and plan some rest. If you feel you can add more in few months, do it.

else try working every day, and keep restarting. It suits some, but most people need rest and if you are restarting for the last few years, you may need reboot

Take a good look at what's keeping you from that daily workout and remove the obstacles. Maybe it's the type of workout you're trying to do, when you try to do it, the difficulty level thereof. Same with the weekend binge problem; is there a certain type of food you gravitate towards on weekends, a certain place you often go, etc.? If so, then stop buying that type of food or minimize going to those places. Determination and will power only gets you so far, make success the path of least resistance to help foster healthy sustainable habits.

Me. I'm on my 100th restart. 5 years ago I lost over 70lbs. In the last 2 years I've gained back 50. I have zero motivation. I don't know why. I joined bootcamp. I start going 2 days a week and hoping to up it to 3 days then 4. I have to get better control over my food intake.

Thanks for all your useful advises. Anybody tried 21 days fix before? I'm thinking of a short term goal to work on. Perhaps just try the workout first and eat minimal for meals.

03/10 is my first day and I completed my workout.
