                    I just signed up. Already I am amazed at how user friendly this site is. I am about 30 pounds overweight. I will try as hard as I can to get that 30 pounds off my back.

            Hi Kyle! The best advice you can listen to is do NOT choose 2 lbs per week as your goal, with only 30 lbs to lose. Start at 1 lb per week and when you get down to 10 to go, change it to .5 lb a week.
 The closer you are to goal, the slower you have to go, 2 lbs is for obese people. If you go too fast, the weight you lose will be a lot of muscle and not the fat, you don't want that. Lift weights and only keep a SMALL calorie deficit and you will lose what you want to lose and keep what you want to keep.0
