Ohhh.. I don't know any of those music.
Some of those are lesser known.0 -
Just about everything from Showboat to Beautiful. I find I gravitate more toward the newer (80s and on) stuff, especially Sondheim and Ahrens & Flaherty, but I grew up with Rogers and Hamerstein, Rogers and Hart, Lerner and Lowe
Most of my collection is Broadway, but I have some London stage, the studio album of Oklahoma! some off-Broadway, and West Side Story is about the only soundtrack where I prefer movie to stage.0 -

My Fair Lady. Fiddler on the Roof. I enjoyed La La Land even though it wasn't up to those standards, it's nice to see something modern and musical do well. Have to admit I really liked the new Beauty and the Beast too0

Loved West Side Story
And the more recent Across The Universe0 -
Musicals, musicals.
I love Julie Andrews in The Sound of Music.
And I love Lady Gaga's tribute.
I saw Fiddler On The Roof with my dad at the dinner show. One, just one of my favorite memories with my dad. I would like to see Cats, and Across The Universe. And, I would like to make my next job, after I'm done with my current job, being a "Pro Musical Attendeeee."

I do listen to the Broadway channel on my satellite radio when the kids let me.
When I lived in NYC, I went to the theater regularly. Now I try to see shows (here in Florida) when they come on tour. Last I saw was Book of Mormon (hysterical...but I am also a South Park fan). I don't think I've seen a show on Broadway since a revival of Sweet Charity with Christina Applegate several years ago (which was fun because I did the show in high school...yep...musical theater geek here).
Saw Annie and Evita on Broadway...probably before most of you were born. I doubt I could name every show I have seen...some were less memorable than others.
Favorites include West Side Story (although I've only seen the film, never a live production...it is still my all time favorite movie musical...with Fiddler a runner up), Les Miserables (seen twice), The Producers (probably the last "new" musical I saw on Broadway).
Also...somebody mentioned Chicago being from 2002...but that was the movie version of the show which premiered in the 1970s. The musical was revived on Broadway in 1996, and is now the second longest running show in Broadway history (behind Phantom)0
