Water vs Soda Water (and water in other drinks)

Options
Hi,
I'm wondering if drinking soda water is just as good as tap water? I'm hoping so, 'cause I prefer soda.
Also, I drink a vegetable/fruit juice (home made) each morning and add 200ml of tap water - can I add this 200ml to my daily water consumption?

Yes. The soda water is the same as tap water. :)

I drink so much soda water I bought a Soda Stream to cut down on cost.
It never hurt me while losing or while maintaining. Go at the soda.

The homemade juice is good too, just remember to account for the calories ( unless you drink the cooked veg water like I sometimes do).

    Cheers, h.

Could you explain the lemon detox/reset? Never heard of it - how do you do it?

Thanks everyone - as for the 'lemon detox' comment - not sure if what I do counts, but my vegie juice has one whole lemon in it. I blend lemon, beetroot, parsley, ginger, pineapple & cherries. I chose these 'cause they're all supposed to be good for either reducing blood pressure and/or fluid retention. It's definately worked since I've been drinking it - whether it's mind over matter or not ;)
