That's ok! Days not over... just have a cup of tea and start again!6

Definitely! Excellent suggestion. Thank you!2

How did 5 mini pieces of chocolate set you back? How many calories? Log it and move on. If you need chocolate, like I seem to, make room for small amounts in your daily calorie allotment. Or add a little more exercise. Don't deny yourself things you like, just learn to fit it in.5

I'll be blunt. 5 mini chocolates ain't gonna do crap. Think big picture, focus on the journey not just the destination.7

It is only a setbackif you stop logging and stop trying. Login drink a glass of water and move on3

Thanks all! Slap back to reality! I definitely need to begin doing some logging etc...that also seems to help with accountability for sure.1

Ironically I had 5 fun size chocolates yesterday. I still lost weight and was under my calorie goal due to exercise. It'll be alright!3

Since you have said this, apparently you haven't been logging your food, you're just winging it. The success of most people on MFP has resulted from not only accountability, but also an awareness of exactly how much you are eating, how much you are moving throughout the day, and how you handle the daily issues that affect your emotions which in turn affects your eating habits. Buy a food scale and weigh your portions so you can get a more accurate picture of your intake. I know this sounds tedious and it can be at first, but the payoffs far outweigh the hassle in the long term. Follow the forums on here to learn from others what works and what doesn't. Good luck!5 -
Yes you definitely have to login everyday for this app/program to work... Definitely agree with rocknut53 .... The more I log and the more weight I lose the more it makes me want to eat better and work out harder... This is my third time back and last time after I lost the weight I only had 10 more pounds to go but thought I could do it without logging in and on my own.. now I realize how much this app actually helps and it definitely holds you accountable for what you eat and what exercises you do or don't do... Anyway good luck4
