I’m very confused about this!!! I go to the gym during the week in the evening. So 7-8:30 or 7-9. All depends. Now I try to have dinner before the gym so I have dinner around 5:30 and then have a snack after workout. So I’ll have a few almonds and a Greek yogurt or a grapefruit and greek yogurt. Now my question is, should I just save dinner for after my workouts?? Or should I keep doing it that way. Or does it not really matter???

Would you consider bodybuilding.com a reliable body building site? They seem to disagree with you, using scientific studies to prove it.1 -
My gym trainer (whose lost 65 lbs) said to eat 30min before & have some protein snack 30min after0
