    Hi I'm 5'1 currently 148 and I'm trying to get down to atleast 135 for now would love to be 125 like I was before I had 3 kids. I'm doing the 1200 calories too. I do cardio/kickboxing daily for about 35-45 min so that adds extra calories I can get daily but I try not to eat those extra ones although it's the hardest thing ever. I'll add you❤

    I am 5'2". At the moment at 1390 calories per day but with the progress will be at 1200 calories point.

    Hi I am 5 foot 4 - well one leg is longer than the other after getting the new hip but still short and on 1,200 calories. Have just started calories counting which suits me far better than other diets and also now exercising more for first time. Lost three and a half stone but still got 5 to go!

    I'm Boobay the Dog (12 pound Pomeranian). Actually, I'm 5'9" and 135 lbs., age 74, and afraid to go on a 1200 calorie diet because I think I might just blow away. My goal weight is 130 pounds, which seems kind of on the thin side for me, but I think I can manage it with a lot of walking and self-control. I'm vegan, so consuming 60 g. of protein a day will be difficult for me, especially since I'm new at vegan cooking and finding vegan sources of protein. Any suggestions?

    Feel free to add me! I'm barely 5'1", 38 yrs old. I've been trying for 1350 calories and failing, but I'm changing that to 1200. I really need to lose about 50 lbs. I'm at my highest weight now.

    SW:171.2 lbs
    GW: 120 lbs. Heck I'd take 145 hehe
