Whats your favorite supplements

New ro the fitness thing and am just curious as to what everyones personal opinions on certain brands of supps...like whats your favr protein powder or preworkout/bcaa and so forth

    Only supplement I take is coffee

    I take a vitamin c and a vitamin d every day, just to avoid catching the colds going around in the office and vit d because winter is coming. No protein powder for me, I hate the taste...

    I dont take any supplements at the moment but i think i want to incorporate some vitamins in my daily routine and im thinking i need a good protein as well....my diet requires alot of protein and the shakes will make life alot easier

    IMO, most supplements are a waste of money. I used to use whey protein, but don't much anymore unless I know I'm really low for some reason...I generally get plenty of protein just eating. I'm vitamin D deficient so I take 5,000 IU vitamin D. I take a magnesium supplement on the advice of my former trainer because I used to have a lot of problems with cramping when I was working out and that helped a lot...that's about it.

    I think supplements are fine when you're low on something specific...but some people go to crazy town with supplements and IMO they're not really getting much benefit for the $$$ they're spending.

    Multi vit
    Omega 3
    Jack3d pre work out, only used occasionally
    Hbcd for intra, when cals get low on a cut

    I like food. I use a little protein powder only to mix in to natural yoghurt to sweeten and flavour it, and in my protein pancakes when I have them....
