HAIR!

Ladies, how do you wear your hair to exercise everyday? And I don't mean this in a fashion sense, I mean REALLY, how do you keep it out of your face and mouth? I sweat like a guilty suspect and hair winds up everywhere ponytail or clip, then stuck to my face, falls out and gets in my face while I'm trying to breath and not lose my focus. Tips?

Ah, I hateee my hair during workouts! I normally do a ponytail with my bangs clipped back, but sometimes it goes into a bun because my hair is long and whips me or makes me sweat more!
EDIT: Sometimes, the sport headbands help to keep back annoying hair! I have a lot of whispies and bangs that alwaysss fall!0 -
Always in a bun! But I think a classic french braid would be nice as well. Just pin your bangs back if you have them!0

mine is chin length so
i sport the pig tails and don't pull the hair all the way through the holder so it's like a little knot0 -
ponytail or bun, but I don't have bangs so they don't hang out anywhere.0
-
Ponytail + either Ninja turtle hair clip for my bangs or a soft headband.0

I pony tail-- I also have a thin stretchy athletic headband to keep the wispys out of the way-- i have a few, and one even has a rubber band woven in to keep it from sliding around!0

For light activity, I just pull it back and use a barrette to secure the loose hair that hangs around my face. When I'm sweating a lot, I use a bondi band. They do a great job of keeping the hair away and absorb a lot of sweat without feeling wet and heavy.0

bun! with LOTS of bobby pins0
-
my hair is almost to my waist, I have to tie it up in a huge knot and wear a band to keep all the crazy curly wispies in some sort of check.0
-
Always wear headbands and a tight bun.. i don't care what I look like when i work out haha0

Ponytail, hair clips for the chunks of hair that are too short, and a soft, thin, cloth headband (I have several UnderArmor ones that I love). If your are not outside exercising then a good hairspray keeps the headband in place and the wispies off your face-but knats and flies LOVE the smell. You'll be running with a little swarm:)0

I usually do a ponytail\bun with a cloth or sports headband...if I have time, I prefer to twist my bangs along the side of my head into a ponytail (kind of like a french braid). Because I sweat like a maniac...the cloth headbands work wonders...the only thing more annoying than hair in your eyes is sweat in your eyes.0

I wear a headband that is soft and has little grips on it and it keeps all the stray hairs out of my face then I pull it into a pony tail.0
-
Under armor head bands and double up on the hair ties.0
-
I wear mine up in a messy bun or high pony tail. But I have a lot of shorter 'stray' hairs in the front that come loose when I'm exercising - and plaster to my forehead. I hate it when that happens. So I now also wear an elastic headband to keep those at bay.0

My fringe ALWAYS falls in my face, and to make it worse, it goes really curly and stick to my face or pokes me in the eye. Kirby grips are a godsend, but I have to admit that I've just bought a sweat/head band. it's retro chic, OK? OK??
Plus, I've just had lash extensions stuck on and I don't really want sweat getting in my eyes and dissolving the glue - I'm not going to impress anyone with hair stuck to my forehead and lashes on my cheeks, am I?0 -
Definitely a ponytail and a soft wide headband. The headband keeps the whispies off my face and it also keeps the sweat out of my eyes. They are washable so they don't get all yucky.0

When I had longer hair, I would go for the basic ponytail, but then put a sweat-band over the tail to keep it from whipping around and keep sweat from dripping into my eyes. I still wear the sweat-band or a hat with a terry brim lining to catch sweat from dripping down, but hair is now very short (Growing it out again though, so we will see how it goes)...0

im gorwing my hair out from having quite short one side so iv got bits that i cant fit in a pony tail but make sure i put some hair spray in my hair then tie it up and clip my bands up and it seems to do alright the secret for meis good hair spray0

Bobby pins. I always have about 4 of them in my hair when I'm running. It probably looks ridiculous, but it keeps it all back.
I also occasionally wear a small elastic headband to keep the smaller stray hairs back close to my forehead.0 -
I have a lot of hair, and it's thick. Pony tail doesn't cut it. i get one of those really big clips..my husband says it looks like a giant spider..pony tail it and then hook up the pony tail with the giant spider. Still get some loose stuff, but it's the best I can do. Headband in addition maybe?0

I can't keep a headband on my head, it always slides back, so I stick to a baseball cap with my ponytail out the back...keeps the sweat out of your face too0
-
Mine goes up in a big bun/clip on top of my head, and then I wear a band in front /top of my hair to keep the fly aways off my face.0
-
I pull mine back in a ponytail and then wear a baseball cap.0

i have long bangs that i pin to the top of my head with some teeny-tiny claw clips, then i tie the rest back into a tight ponytail. i prefer using non-slip headbands, but i have a pretty large head and always end up hurting after a while0
-
I tight it up in a high ponytail/bun and wear a bandana to keep the flyaways away from my face0
-
i am now growing mine long again so it should be the right length by the time i loose everything!(good timeing there) so it is long enough at the mo to put into a pony tail so it stays outta my face!
at the start of my weight loss journey i cut it short for exersice reasons perposely!0 -
I tell my hair stylist that she can do whatever she wants with my hair (I have no idea and she's the professional) but it must be able to be wash and go and that I have to be able to get at least the front part out of my face for working out. Yes, it looks stupid, but I do the little ponytail up on the top front of my head. It's actually at the point where it's long enough to go back to the crown of my head. I have a hair appointment tonight, so it'll be back to looking silly while I workout. I don't care.0

I have tons of whispies in the front, but long straight hair. Normally I wear a ponytail, once I start sweating I can wipe it all backwards off my forehead with a towel and it stays mostly in control. Sport bands always slip back on my head, and never stay on with my fine hair.. kinda stinks... Sometimes I do a ponytail but don't pull the last loop all the way through, it comes out eventually but for a while, it is off my back and shoulders.0
