Why would you only eat 800 cals?6

You should never go below 1200 calories per day.
Plus, are you breastfeeding? That should count for losing 1 lb a week, so you should set your goal to maintaining.

800 calories doesn't allow you to get all the necessary nutrients that you need to be healthy, and is basically just a crash diet.

Very unlikely that you are gaining weight on 1200 calories, your logging is probably not accurate.

I used to take lot of carb. Now i stopped taking them just plain brown bread. No rice and paste. I am taking more green veges and chicken.2

I agree with the others that 800 calories probably isn't enough. If you're committed to the number, consult your doctor.
I wanted to let you know you aren't alone in the bc stuggle. I've had an IUD almost a year and gained 20+lbs. It happens with every hormonal therapy I try, so I decided (with the dr) this was the best option for my needs. If you find any tips on keeping it off or even losing a little while on a bc, please feel free to pm me. GL!!0 -
I've had several friends gain more than a normal amount of weight when on the birth control injection. I would maybe consult your gyn for an opinion. That was one of the reasons I actually stayed away from the injection was because I talked to a number of people who experience this kind of weight gain!0

800 calories is not just too low, its STUPID too low.
Dont you want to be a happy, healthy mum? Dont you want to have energy, brain function, healthy skin and hair for all those mum and baby pics?
log your food. weight it properly. work out. do NOT eat less than 1200 unless your are ridiculous short (im only 5'1 and lose 2 pounds a week on 1200 but i eat more usually cause food is good!)2 -

I would say because the only reason you gained weight from your birth control is from an increased appetite 800 calories a day is not realistic. 800 calories will leave you hungry especially with your increased appetite from your birth control. You are not gaining weight on 1200 calories a day. Log everything, try it out for a month and see how it goes. 30lbs is not a lot of weight to lose.0
