I'm the exact same weight as last week. But I'm alright with that for now because I had a really bad migraine for about two and half days that literally knocked me out.

I didn't get a chance to do 1 out of my 5 small workouts because I was in hospital with my son. He had a small accident but alls well thankfully.

Hope you and your son are ok now! *hugs*

Don't stress about it yet @kell0606. If this is your first week in maintenance it is normal to go up a bit. It could be water or just extra food in your system if you increased your calories.

    Name: Jen
    Age: 46
    Height: 5'2.5"
    Total Weight lost:145lbs
Time it took to lose: 2.75yrs
How long in maintenance : Declared it 4/14/17.
Maintenance weight range: Would like to stay under 122 at morning weigh-in.
Ongoing struggle: I still need to learn to trust my body cues, be content with eating just enough, and stop asking food to be more than just fuel. Life after work is just filled with getting steps and eating food to fill my evening. Really need to make peace with having fewer cals to work with. Contentment and an attitude of gratitude (and maybe a hobby, like sign language) are the order of the day.

    January avg weight trend: 126.8lbs
    February avg weight trend: 126.1lbs
    March avg weight trend: 124.6lbs
    April avg weight trend: 122.9lbs
    May avg weight trend: 123.4lbs
    June avg weight trend: 122.6lbs
    July avg weight trend: 122.3lbs
    August avg weight trend: 118.9lbs
    September avg weight trend: 119.1lbs

    Trend week of...
    29th September: 118.9lbs
    6th October: 118.3lbs

Successes of the week: I feel like I am starting to see some new muscle definition in my flabtastic upper arms.

Challenges of the week: Several bingey evenings this week.

@microwhisper I am so sorry to hear this. Virtual hugs. We did 4 rounds of IUI for my 2nd and were considering IVF when I magically conceived on my own. I know how painful and all consuming this process is. Big hugs to you guys during this time. For my third, we did do IVF with a surrogate as I was unable to carry any more. You will find a way, I am certain of this.

Thanks @bringbackthejoy ! Your story helps and is a great comfort. You've had three- ATM I can barely imagine I will ever have one! Lol. I'm taking a break from IVF because I found the hormones terrible. I'm focusing on fertility diet, acupuncture, meditation. We'll see how that goes. xx

Hey! Try quoting yourself (like I did above) and then just delete about the bits you need! Quite simple that way. x
