How much water does everyone drink on a training day.

I drink 3+ liters everyday, and have been for the past almost 4 months now!0

Highly variable...a 30 mile ride is different than a 10 mile ride is different than an hour in the gym...is it summer or winter...how hydrated am I to begin with...etc, etc, etc...
I just maintain hydration...I don't have any set amount.1 -
3hr hard ride in cool Autumn temperatures today and I only drank just over a litre.
In summer I will be drinking more than double that amount and on long rides I might weigh myself before and after a ride to estimate my hydration recovery needs.
In the gym strength I generally drink more than I actually need as I get a dry mouth.
In the gym on an indoor training bike and it's a struggle to keep up intake to match how much I'm losing.
Long story short - it depends!0 -
