Gain muscle

Hi am vegetarian and I have been doing Crossfit for 1 year. To gain strength is a slow process and I don't know why my muscles gain is taking so much time. Help

    Growing muscles takes a long time, and consistent effort with lifting and diet. How much are you eating? Is this a surplus, maintainance or a deficit for you?

    I eat 3-4 times and trying to eat health. I have been doing Crossfit for year now. It's more I want to be slim and toned muscle. My kg is good.

    You didn't answer the question - the calories are what matter, not the number of meals. If you want to look more defined, you need to lose fat. If you're happy with your weight, consider eating at maintenance whilst lifting to recomp.

    Hi I want to loose fat. So how much calories do I need to take. And same time have energy to workout aswell. U think I might be eating more dats why I can't loose fat?

    Headed the other way, trying to LOSE muscle and fat to get off of BP meds.
