less work = more weight

Since leaving work, i have piled on the pounds.

I have gained around a stone in weight since January.

I am looking for some motivational tips, as i dont want a quick fix, but a long term solution and healthy life :)

    Motivational tips? Take pics of yourself naked, then look at them every day.

    :flowerforyou: Welcome and congrats on making the good choice of MFP. We are all here for you. My best advice is get moving more than yesterday. Work out at your level - maybe just take a walk - but you have to be active to lose weight and feel good. Small woalks will turn into large ones and they will turn into workouts........ Good luck on your journey!

    Hiya, my biggest motivation is looking at other peoples successes and seeing how much happier and healthy they look after reaching their goals. Whenever I feel like it's getting hard again, I go look at transformation pics - they always inspire me :)
    Have a look in the Success Stories section, you'll see what I mean!
