Bizzare-est motivator EVER

Hi,
I've realised this last few days - my number one, guaranteed motivator for things (generally relating to work) is to feel like I'm disappointing someone (not myself) if I DON'T do something...
For example, feeling like I'll disappoint a friend if I DON'T stick to the C25K plan for a week might just motivate me to do it...
I guess now I'm asking for someone to actually do that for me? Hold me accountable for what I say I'm planning to do.
Anybody looking for similar? Please add me? X
