I am trying to lose a lot of thigh weight. Any suggestions?

    Barbell squats
    Leg press machine
    Any kind of squats & leg weighted exercises will help

    Unfortunately you can't lose weight in a specific area. Your body will determine when and how the weight will come off. it's just a simple matter of genetics.

    The only thing you can do is leg exercises to firm and tone the muscles up in your legs.

    To lose fat:
    Calorie deficit

    To give definition and shape:
    Make sure enough protein in diet even if in deficit.
    Follow a lifting program that concentrates on compound lifts.

    Eat in a calorie deficit. You will lose fat from all over. Outside of surgery you cannot spot reduce fat. (There is one study that had the participants do something like a bajillion leg presses (or maybe leg extensions) to lose an infinitesimally small amount of size on their thighs but that mostly proved that spot reduction is not a reasonable goal.)
