    The weigh in page needs to include August. I am weighing in at 134.4 lbs today.
    I don't eat much protein. I'm going to try to get in 60 grams a day.
    Monday failed at 39- steak for dinner tomorrow

    I did really well on protein yesterday so I am going to try and go over my MFP goal every day. Sadly I am up 2 lbs this week 152.2. I feel like crying today. :sad:

    I tried to log in but I'm not seeing yesterday's date.....
    I refuse to go on the scale until maybe tomorrow....have to let my body settle back after this weekend....

    hey guys!!!! I haven't and won't log my wi this week....I've been sick this week w/ kidney stones and a UTI, and am so swollen and gross... I stepped on the scales and was up 9 dag on lbs!!! I know it's fluid and b/c my body is off, so I will weigh and record everything again next week.....

    so with that being said....
    my starting weight for the challenge was 193.5
    my current weight as of last monday was 180.3
    means I have lost a total of 13.2 lbs overall :)

    I never get enough protein so I will be working hard on that this week!!!! Love this group and this motivator... I HATE having to record when I gain haha.... which this week was soooo frustrating...who gains 9 lbs in 4 days... really?!? thats what I did hah.... so today I weighed and I had lost 4 of those lbs since yesterday morning, hoping by the end of the week I'm at least back to where I was.... stupid body!!

    I finally started moving the scale and in the right direction. So I guess increasing my calories was a good idea.

    I tend to go for lower carbs and higher protein regularly. My goal is 60 grams of protein per day.
    SW: 193.9 (12/21/10)
    CW: 181.6

    Monday: 39 grams (didn't eat much - bad day).

    I don't eat alot of meat so I have to work on getting more protein in my diet.

    My current weight is 190.2, back to where I was 2 weeks ago. That is not too bad considering I went on vacation, was home for one day, then back out of town for a funeral. I'm ready to get back on track and get the scale moving again.

    Well I don't have too much trouble with protein (thanks to protien shakes and chicken!), I usually get about 100g a day so we'll keep at that. I started this challenge at 183, but had gained up to 186, as of today I'm at 180!!! Hopefully I'll continue to go down!!

    Gained more than 8 lbs....:sad: :sad:

    (With this stupid extreme heat wave I guess I'm retaining water big time I have a hard time breathing and walking around!!!).... I can't really think of anything else....... :embarassed: :embarassed: :embarassed:

    I typically seem to eat around 55-80grams of protein a day. I also tend to go for higher protein and lower carbs daily. I think i'll aim for 65 grams a day average :)
