 I've been bouncing around a lot, but I think this is good for me. I am learning how to deal with enjoying social situations and not giving up after a holiday dinner, camping or other times where food seems to be the star of the day. Times before I would give up but I have learned that It's just one day and if those just one days are more rare then my everyday, I will be fine. I do worry still of these next few months where its colder and darker out, I like walking outside and it's harder to do in the upcoming months, SO (I agree) doesn't want me to be walking alone in the dark. So I am looking at options: Maybe the gym but I'm not sure thats my thing, feel like I'd be lost there I don't want to be waiting for machines and have others waiting on me or just being in a crowded gym. Maybe swimming although I'm not the best swimmer either. Weekends I do and will hike, walk and run but sometimes other event come up and I do have time for a full on walking workout, and I walk the malls, big box store.
 Well that was long. I enjoy reading your comments and all the support people give each other, learning of others struggles and goal hitting.... makes me feel not alone and keeps me realizing that I CAN DO THIS... FOREVER!

            So looking forward to see what I can do in 10 days. I had a foot injury for over a year that stopped me from working out. It is almost healed so working out will start today!! Wish me luck.

            I'm new to this, but really need the motivation to reach my goals.
 I have trouble binge eating and would like to remain focused and develop a healthy habit.
 Also I started exercising before my husband and he has lost more weight than me... motivated to catch up.

My goal this round is to track religiously and eat and drink mindfully (slowly, tracking hunger cues, eating less restaurant and processed food). No weight goal this time because I need to focus on getting my head back in the game.

 I have not had a lot of success. Something is always "happening" and it gets distracting. I tracked honestly today (10/9) and already am at 1700 calories at 6:15 pm!! Going to try to be honest and hope that helps me make better choices. I want to be below 159.9 for my friends wedding that I'm in on October 27.
 Edit - I thought this stated today SOOO it's an 11 day challenge for me lol
 10/9 162.3 - a bit over where I was at the beginning of last round - I can't keep myself together...but I do believe my "average" of weights went down last round...

 Highest was 220. Put on 25lbs the past two years, mostly because of bad eating habits and letting exercise slide. I should have posted here first before eating that piece of tiramisu 
 I would like to get to 170. My goal over the next 10 days is to lose 1.5 lbs and put in at least 1/2 hr of exercise.4

 Kay, I walk to Leslie Sansone indoor walking dvd's. She has free workouts on YouTube if you want to give it a try. My favorite DVD is the 10 mini walks you can mix up to create your own walk work out.5
