    I had a good round 18 and hope to keep it going in round 19.

    Highest was 220. Put on 25lbs the past two years, mostly because of bad eating habits and letting exercise slide. I should have posted here first before eating that piece of tiramisu :'(
    I would like to get to 170. My goal over the next 10 days is to lose 1.5 lbs and put in at least 1/2 hr of exercise.

    I'm in! My 2nd round. My first round didn't end so well with a Monday weigh in... Lol!

    This round I have a business trip to Dallas.
