Please add me. Haven't logged in the last week due to family reasons but am typically a daily diary keeper and will blog occasionally as well. I enjoy supporting others.
I'm 5'8" and 173 atm. I'm looking to lost 25-35 pounds (small frame) through mindful eating and moving more. My biggest goals are to cease all eating Out aside from special occasions and to run a 10k this spring.2 -

Hi may name is Joe. I have been married to my wife Cathy for 33 years. Over the last 15 months it has be one medical issue after another. I am currently starting walking at least one mile a day. I am using the dash diet but it is a little difficult to get started. I am looking for support and will return the same.
