I’m in for my 3rd round! I have some damage control to do following this past Thanksgiving weekend!

Hello everyone! This is the perfect round for me as it ends on a very important goal day for me!!!! Round 5 was a bust (travelling, TOM, unreliable scale etc.) so I'm not putting in the specs here. I w not know my real weight until I arrive home on the 15th. But I'm gonna try my darnedest to be really good until then!!!

10/10.....AND I was running late and forgot to jump on the scale this morning. I followed/tracked all meals...except the slice of cold pizza I ate while cooking. I have ZERO willpower and impulse control. Hoping that by eating consistently through the day I won't feel snacky this afternoon. Also, making the decision now to NOT go through a drive through when I have dinner prepped already.

Goal R19: Last round was tough (lax tracking, going over calories, less exercise, generally not giving a *kitten* -- though I did keep walking). My goal this round is to track religiously and eat and drink mindfully (slowly, tracking hunger cues, eating less restaurant and processed food). No weight goal this time because I need to focus on getting my head back in the game.

10/10 - 130.4 lbs. I’ll take that! Given that I haven’t been able to keep up with my usual exercise routine for the past couple of days. Life has been too hectic. Didn’t sleep well last night either. Think it’s honestly because I’m not getting my usual workouts in. Ate well yesterday and stayed under goal. Today is another hectic day. Goal for today, exercise and stop eating before 8:30 pm.

It's great to see so many Newbies again! This is a great group. And I have noticed that some of the long timers seem to have adjusted to "normal fluctuations" and don't let them get them off track. It's a process, as "they" say!
@farmgirlco LOL at 11 day challenge. I love retirement but NEVER know what day it is.
@MaryQueen26 I need to get off the "c" and get back "25k" - I used to finish my workout at the gym 3x a week with a 5k on the treadmill. I'm a walker not a runner.
