Just Joined

Hello everyone! I am new to My Fitness Pal. I just signed up today. I actually switched from another calorie counting site that just didn't meet my needs.

I joined because I wanted help with my weight loss and get toned goals! I have gained about 20 pounds since meeting my hubby 3 1/2 years. I am 5'9'' and currently weigh 165lbs. My goal weight is 150lbs.

I just started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and plan to do it every day along with bike rides with my hubby...I am working on getting him more active too:wink: !

I look forward to sharing my weight loss journey with everyone!!

    Fantastic! I'm doing the Shred too, along with the C25K and when I'm not doing the C25K I'm walking for 45 minutes. ^_^ Welcome to the site!
