10/10 - 130.4 lbs. I’ll take that! Given that I haven’t been able to keep up with my usual exercise routine for the past couple of days. Life has been too hectic. Didn’t sleep well last night either. Think it’s honestly because I’m not getting my usual workouts in. Ate well yesterday and stayed under goal. Today is another hectic day. Goal for today, exercise and stop eating before 8:30 pm.

It's great to see so many Newbies again! This is a great group. And I have noticed that some of the long timers seem to have adjusted to "normal fluctuations" and don't let them get them off track. It's a process, as "they" say!
@farmgirlco LOL at 11 day challenge. I love retirement but NEVER know what day it is.
@MaryQueen26 I need to get off the "c" and get back "25k" - I used to finish my workout at the gym 3x a week with a 5k on the treadmill. I'm a walker not a runner.

10/10- 152.68 Seeing this number again today is depressing. My 7 day chart is an upward trend and honestly there is no reason. I weigh and chart everything I eat and am always under calories. Just sucks. Got a mile in yesterday and am hoping to get another in today.

One of the suggestions for successful weight loss is to keep a journal. I've never really been into journaling, just never held my interest enough to keep at it. But, I've realized this challenge essentially is a journal, so thank you!
This is my fourth round. I've been on MFP on and off for 5 years, and done a lot of different weight loss efforts over the years. I am pretty good at losing weight, but I need a lot of work on living a permanent healthy lifestyle.

Feeling good, like the changes I've made are sustainable, but I'm nearing my typical low. I've been here probably 5 times (more?) in the last 25 years without ever getting to my goal weight, then gaining back. At this size, I'm still definitely overweight but I'm starting to like how I look and that can cause me to get overconfident and stop worrying about it. I've really got to keep my mindset going. I like the healthy food I'm eating, I'm not deprived, I like being active, I can keep doing this. Anyway, it's early but I'm on track for no added sugar today, good on water and calories, took a nice walk.
