Two days good!

My daily calorie goal is 1470. Yesterday I consumed 1301 and today 1011. I exercised both days two times. #winning

    And I have to do it....I won't have any winter clothes ro wear if I don't!

    Just be careful that you don't eat too low too often. Ideally you should be eating 1470 calories plus some of what you burned exercising.

    Why are you eating so much under your goal? You should try and eat as close close to your goal as possible. Under eating likely still lead to a quick burn out or overeating later.
