10/10 - 66.9kg First strength session back at the gym in 3 months last night. Hungry all day today!!
10/11 - 66.7kg 30 minute cross country jog last night, packed extra low cal snacks for work, still focusing on water intake.

09/10 - 198.2 - I had a rough R18, my weight went up, I am still waiting on a physio appointment (which is likely to be next year) and I am in a lot of pain almost constantly, exercising is very difficult for me at the moment, walking and upper body strength / stretch is all I can manage, this 10 days I am cutting a further 200 calories from my daily goal to compensate for the lack of movement.

Back again! I started midway through Round 2 at 153.9 on 4/29. Ended Round 18 at 141.8. For this round I'd like to get below and stay below 140. Started at 162 something back in early March so I'm down over 20 pounds. I am aiming to reach goal of 132 before New Years.

10/10- 140.6 Gym and pool yesterday. Pool again today.
11/10- 141 .. Did pool class, ran around errands and went to movies late which equalled some - not a lot - of candy beyond when I usually stop eating. Didn't get much sleep. I'll be back down tomorrow.

10/11 177.5 It's been cool out the last two days here and my winter clothes still fit from last year, but are much looser and comfortable. :-) I don't feel like a stuffed sausage in them. I'm probably about 10-12lbs less than last fall.

Feeling pretty good today. It helps that my husband is completely on board and doing this all with me. We are working out and tracking. The scale moved today. My body is probably in shock from me doing something healthy after so many months of nothing. It decided to reward me a little.

10/11 - 222.0 - had a good workout last night. Did more jogging than I have in years (1/2 mile walk then 1/2 mile jog for two miles; third mile was 3/4 mile walk then 1/4 mile jog - I got tired); lowest number so far so hoping it sticks

10/10 - had to be to work 2 hours early and it was all I could do to drag my sorry rear out of bed and get there in time!
10/11 - 220.4 - serves me right. I got to the end of the day and saw I had 400 calories left - so had a smallish margarita. Alcohol and losing weight do NOT go hand in hand. Plus I didn't get my morning walk in either of these mornings. My husband says I get "twitchy" if I go too many days w/o working up a sweat, and he's right! I'm feeling pretty on edge right now.

10/11 - 183.8 - I ate ok up until I got home from work and finished off the fudge we bought on vacation. Good thing is that it's gone so I won't have the temptation today! Hahahaha!

this makes me feel like I've made no progress, as the previous round I had several days at 175. But It's probably still just water weight from vacation. I also am having a tough time getting back in the game mentally. I want to eat salty and sugary things, not fruits and vegetables! Ok.. enough whining. Plan for today is to stick with the plan. Measure my portions and drink all my water.
10/11 176.2 scale is moving in the correct direction. Another 1.2 and I'll be back to my low weight of last round. I really didn't think it would take this long! But oh well keep moving on! I did have a (large) glass of wine last night. Still within my calories so no problems there. Hit the gym this AM and ran a mile, then my weight program (Strong Curves) and had an amazing bowl of oatmeal with peaches, flax, chia, and protein powder. .so yummy!

10/10 123.7. Went over calories by more than 700 calories yesterday. Spent 6.5 hours on my feet with my oldest at Legoland.
10/11 122.1 !!! Finally body is responding to the exercise and calorie tracking. I did 2 kickboxing classes yesterday. Had about a 500 calorie deficit to make up for yesterday. Starting to get really sick, so I may have to take some rest days. =(

10/10 --- 192.4 (I was down to 191, but gained a little over the past 2 weeks)
10/11 ---- 191.2 I am trying to follow the South Beach Diet to get myself motivated again, but I can't do completely without carbs. Even though I am on Phase 1, and suppose to just keep away from carbs for 1 week, I am more just using this as a guideline as to what to eat (2 cups veggies lunch and dinner and protein, and 1/2 c veggies and protein at breakfast). We did have popcorn last nite, but I was OK with that. I am now back to where I was on Oct 1st!

@rtls You may need to eat more especially if you are exercising. WW always stressed eating all "your points" and then possibly eating some of the activity points (extra calories) you earn through exercise. Just a thought.

@eyer0ll I had a weird scratchy throat for a couple of days, sucked on zinc drops and today no sore throat. I'm wondering if it was a weird reaction to the flu shot I got last Thursday.4 -
