For 28 pounds to be gone right now! I just ate lunch and had home made chicken pot pie, little salad, few green beans and half of a rather large oatmeal raisin cookie. I can't stay focused long enough to lose any weight. I'm very happy with "me" but I know it would be healthier for me weigh a little less and be a lot more active.
