Halfway through my 126 pound loss goal ! (pics or it didn't happen)

The picture on the left is a year and a half ago, 296 pounds. My goal weight is 170 (my high school weight and a healthy BMI for my height of 5'10"). I'm halfway to my goal with a current weight of 233. Still obese, but feeling so much better!
I know that this second half of my weight loss journey will be much more challenging. No matter if you are starting, in the middle of, or maintaining your goal, I could sure use your help. Please add me so we can support each other. My diary is open and I frequently like/comment

I'm certainly no expert, but these few things have helped me:
-overestimate calories if you are unsure
-Adjust workout calories to about 75% of what MFP or the exercise machine says
-to motivate yourself to go to the gym, pick a binge-worthy show and make an ironclad promise to yourself that you can only watch the episodes at the gym

I put a treadmill in the living room to watch my shows. Walk/Jog at an incline. Usually with weights. I also have weights in the basement and I have a tv there so I watch a movie while working out. It make me go longer because I want to finish my show.3 -
Great job1

The side by side shows more progress I think, and it's only a 25 pound difference between these 2 pics4 -
