I have lost only 5 pounds in a month .I weight 208 lbs currently.I eat 1500 calories in a day approximately.I go to the gym 3- 4 times a week .
Is that good or bad progress?

Sounds good to me! I started off at 208 lbs in January and have lost between 3-5 pounds most months. I've found that to be a pretty sustainable rate. It's better to lose slow and keep it off than to lose fast and regain.2

It's excellent progress. I've had entire years where I only lost five pounds.1
