    So guys...guess I was ahead on the daily challenges. I just now found the forum for the team captains. I am still going to do the 100 crunches.

    Hello Team! Im Katie... born and raised in Niagara Falls NY.... Im 28 years old, and no children for me! I have lost 36lbs since april 10th and Im looking to loose about 40 or so more!!

    Hi, everyone...I'm new to the group! I'm soo pumped! I lost 40 lbs last summer but stopped trying. My husband and I want to have another baby, but I have to lose more weight before we try, so I'm totally motivated! I've lost about 6 pounds in the last couple of weeks :) Let's do this!!

    Here is a breakdown of this week's challenges from the August Challenge message board.

    Day 1 Exercise Challenge - 100 Jumping Jacks*(see below)
    Day 2 Exercise Challenge – Walk, Run or Jog 1 Mile (extra)
    Day 3 Exercise Challenge – 50 Situps or Ab Crunches*
    Day 4 Exercise Challenge – 40 UP and Downs *
    Day 5 Exercise Challenge – 25 Pushups *
    Day 6 Exercise Challenge – 25 Squat Lunges*
    Day 7 Rest! You deserve it!

    They are back now. . It was because you now had the old code as we had to revise the badge with new members coming on twice. . lol. .

    I guess I should introduce myself as I was just added. Thank you for adding me. I've been keeping up with the challenges everyday since it started just not apart of the team. I thought they'd be a great challenge for myself to complete personally so I'm excited to have this extra encouragement to do them.

    I'm 27, single, born and raised in San Diego, Ca. I love to travel...etc.

    (I came to this post to find out what "ups and downs" are. I figured they were burpee's? I did 40 burpee's then someone said something about toe touches. Super confused lol)
