    I'm vegan and I am no way sick looking.
    I went partially raw for a week - raw breakfast, lunch and snacks, then healthy vegan evening meal, and the weight dropped off.

    I'm concerned that you wouldn't get enough protein/fat by eating a raw diet, and too many carbs?

    That's why vegetarians always look sick and unhealthy! :devil: :bigsmile:

    I've never known a vegetarian/vegan that looks sickly or unhealthy. Actually, I know one who's quite built and a few that are on the chubby side.

    Nuts, Avocados, Broccoli, Carrots, Lettuce, Ground Flax, and all fruits are enough but like the above poster said, make sure you eat enough.

    Oh I definitely will eat enough. Sunflower seeds yummm!
