I've been helping a friend the buddy system is working for us down 15 lbs and about 12 inches since Jan 9th /17.
We do cardio and weights everyday I added aerobics the last few days. I could use some support as well as give it count me in

I find I lose my focus in the evenings and start munching - anyone with tips around this hard to break habit?
I have lost 12kg this past year, working towards a total of 20kg loss. I am proud of what I have accomplished, just need to get to the end now and over this evening eating habit.

Sounds good. I will get in a routine to exercise every day around 5:00 pm. And, exercise no less than 30 minutes a day. Hopefully, this will establish a habit of working out.

To liberally borrow from the suburbia as hell film "American Beauty", I want to look good naked. That being said, I'd like to lose about 30 pounds and see a jaw line again.
