            I'm in as well (late to the party). I have really been struggling to break through a weight loss plateau after losing 50lbs, with another 30-40 to go... very little actual improvement over the past 2 months.

 Ive been doing real well with eating and the gym, i think that is mostly water weight because i was going downwards until i drank more water the day of the weigh in, and now ive dropped further, So i got homes it was just water5
