WALK & HOOP IT OFF

Hey everyone!
I'd like to start this challenge called WALK & HOOP IT OFF because I'm a huge believer in walking daily. I think it's amazing for us mentally and physically.
I'm sure there are some people out there who may be skeptical and think this may not be enough, but let me assure you that it absolutely is!
I lost 30 pounds in 3 months a couple years ago by walking, hula hooping and eating healthy.
Unfortunately I got comfortable and continued walking, but not eating as healthy as I should. I'd go out and have dessert or dessert drinks and still be eating healthy, but also having my fair share of sweets! So in a year I gained that back.
I'm on here for motivation and to see if others would like to join this challenge. I did it before alone, and think that this time would be much more fun to share and talk about it with others.
Goal:
Walk everyday
Hula hoop everyday
I like to walk in the morning 20-30 minutes, and do a long walk at some point in the day as well- 1 hour or more
My Current goal is to start walking 3x a day. One being my morning walk, plus my long walk and then one other walk-either after dinner or before lunch.
For HULA HOOPING
30 minutes a day-however you want!
I have quite a few hula hoops. I got mine at hoopnotica.com I also have a weighted hula hoop. You can get at target, amazon or wal mart.
If hooping is not fun and too repetitive for you try some DVDs!
I got some of my DVDs at hoopnotica as well and they are really fun.
They have hula hoop YouTube workouts that are fun.
You can do all that or just hoop for 30 minutes, whatever you want!
I hope you join and we can lose weight together while sharing our progress & have fun at the same time!
