Most of this is hopefully due to AF. Didn't have a great weekend, but it wasn't "that bad" - but a lot of sodium I suppose... I hope to see a nice drop next week. I'm frustrated because this is still up 5 pounds from my low point. I keep gaining and losing these same stupid 5 pounds and can't get past it... I don't know why I'm struggling so much right now.

Well... Darn it... the weight isn't coming off. I'm frustrated and feeling mad at myself for thinking I could even try to do this. There is no way in he** I can go to that wedding & NOT look like a rectangular cow (like all the rest of my genetic family), and I don't have anything I can fit into for a wedding on a boat.. O.K. - whine is over.

Doesn't look like I will meet my 150 goal. I had a great week last week... till friday. Friday am I was at 165.8, then made poor choices all weekend. I was back up over 170 at one point, so I will take 167.4. I know most is water weight, but it's still a gain. It will take me all week to get back to where I started on friday (
