Push-ups Daily and Abs

Is doing over 100 push-ups a day, with ab excersizes bad. I do this everyday.

    I'm sure it's great if you want to be able to say you do 100 Push-ups a day?

    I thinks it's fantastic. Boring but not bad for you. Have you considered trying something new? Kettlebell for example

    Some people do get shoulder or elbow problems from it, or slouched posture from not working their back. You're better off following a full-body program designed by a pro. If you need help choosing one, tell us what equipment you have. :+1:
