I don't have this problem however I have heard what works well is just before you go to bed have a very small amount of chocolate. Either one of those mini bars or a small cube from a large bar. Im thinking 10grams roughly. Or even having a couple of lollies. Getting that sweet fix before falling asleep helps.1
