3 years of ups and downs!

Hi there! Just looking for some friends for motivation. Really trying to have it stick I've been up and down for 3 years I lost 80lbs all together and it has slowly come back to bite me over the last 2 years. Continuing to stay active but I am always fluctuating up 20 down 30lbs or up 15 and then back down 10lbs. Help mee!

    I feel your frustration. I'm doing intermittent fasting. Hope you heard of it. If not go to YouTube. They have a host of info. I'm doing the 16:8 method. Thats when you fast for 16 hours then you can eat within that 8 hour window While fasting I drink plenty of water, green tea and coffee. This time frame seems to work best for me but there are other times that might work better for you depending on your day. Hope this helps
