After I’m done with physical therapy for my neck, I plan to start lifting. I’d like to be inspired by fellow lifters. Should be in about a month!

    I think muscles are sexy, i want to First get strong & then lean down. I have about 35lbs to loose. I have 2 toddlers. I’m 42 & a Lyme Disease warrior. This is my middle finger to Lyme. You will not define me.
