Not losing weight on scale?

I Have gained again? Guess it's muscle...don't know. U noticed changes that I like...but scale still isn't budging? Need tips?

unless you are doing a progressive overload lifting programme and eating in a surplus, its not muscle.1

Take measurements too. If you are losing fat they will get smaller over time even if the scale doesn't move.0

If you are gaining you could be in a calorie surplus or its temporary (TOM, DOMS, high sodium intake). Many reasons for the scale to go up. Take measurements or pictures. Notice how your clothes feel. And just like @TavistockToad said - unless you are in a progressive lifting routine and are in a calorie surplus this would be the only way to gain muscle.0
