For heavy carb days, what is the recommended amount to go over your normal carb macros?

What is a heavy carb day? As long as you hit your minimal goals for fat/protein/fiber, feel free to have as many carbs as your calories allow.0

I did some calorie cycling when I was in a deficit, I would say my low days were 125-150g of carbs, high days anywhere from 250-400g. In terms of recommended amount, I have no idea..it depends how you want to do it. You can calorie cycle, keep fat and protein around the same and adjust carbs.0

This is a heavy carb day!
Carb loading is normally done in the week before an endurance event - sounds like you are simply eating back some of your exercise calories.
Not really sure what you are trying to achieve TBH but you could simply eat a large banana.5 -
Most high carb days when I was cycling was 2x bw.1

I do 215C on training days and 165C on rest days... so a difference of 50C or 200cals.0
