    That is soooooooooooooooo great!!! I am waiting right now for the results of my labs to see if my lifestyle change has finally lowered my once "borderline high" cholesterol levels and I'm hoping for the same stellar results! Congrats!!!

    I went to the doctor this morning for my follow up appointment for my blood work.......annddddd......I found out that I no longer have diabetes!!!!! I am so happy, this was one of the major things driving my journey. I have now accomplished this goal so I feel like nothing can hold me back!!! :):)

    I also lowered my Triglycerides (bad cholesterol) from 310 to 165!!!

    Today is a good day!

    That's amazing! I am so happy for you! That is a every BIG NSV!

    Congrats! That is an awesome NSV. Diabetes runs in my family, so I understand the devastation it causes the body long term. Good for you.
