Water reduces hunger. Daily water challenge

I am starting a water challenge. Its starts today, join any time. Mention here that you're starting. Set a reminder every waking hour to drink 4 ounces, or every 2 hours to drink 8, or more if you like.. Make yourself drink 8 ounces before each meal, and get another 8 ounces glass to take a sip after every bite, then finish drinking. Record total at the end of the day and announce here how much you have drank, and how many days you've recorded water. The goal is a minimum of 64 ounces a day. Watch how much less you eat!
