Trying to gain but not body build!!

Hi!
I have always had problems with my weight. I have never had an eating disorder, but I can never seem to gain weight. I drop weight like nothing though, so I lose any weight that I do manage to gain. Is there anyone who would be willing to give me some advice on how to gain and maintain weight?? It would be greatly appreciated!

    Eat more. That is, get in more calories, consistently.

    You need to eat more. Increase your portion sizes, more calorie dense foods, switch to full fat options, decrease the volume/fibre, liquid calories, put a reminder on your phone to eat if you have to.

    GOMAD with whole milk. Problem solved if you can tolerate that much dairy.

    Definitely calorie count. Comes down to intake vs calorie burn. 6 smaller meals per day (or maybe adjust portion sizes).
