 Couldn’t decide whether to post this. My weight has shot up more than three pounds despite careful eating and logging. I know it’s all water from a nasty injury on Monday- my leg is still very swollen. Still very disheartening to see numbers going up. And I can’t workout now for a while!

            My name is Jess. I live in Clarksville, TN. I just started and I'm on week 3, but I'm not a stranger to dieting by all means. 10 years ago I lost 30 pounds, it just melted off! If I could do it then, I certainly can do it now! I'm not a fan of those that say your age is the problem, NO...it's the pies, cookies, cakes, etc that the rest of your family wants to eat in front of you.
