Notes: This week I went to the gym I think 3 times? I didn't get to play tennis like I planned but that's alright. I hit a big milestone while at the gym! I usually run on the treadmill (or walk) for 15 minutes after using the elliptical. On Friday I was able to run for 13 minutes straight (at around 6 mph), and let me tell you after that run I felt great (the next day my legs didn't though lol). I was eating pretty well this entire week until literally last night we went to see a movie and I somehow ended up buying those darn reesee's pieces packs. I casually thought "oh it's okay I can spare 300 or 400 calories" but dang those movie candy packs almost have 800 calories in one bag (I was shook if you can't tell). I shared the pack with my friend, but I'm pretty sure I ate around 70% of the bag during the movie.

I nearly forgot to check in. Been busy carp fishing. My husband caught a couple, I didn't. That's how it goes.
Finding it easier to enjoy my outdoor hobbies these days. Not dragging all that extra weight makes more difference than I realized, and I feel 10 years younger. Maybe because I am at the weight I was at, 10 years ago.
Pleasantly surprised to record a loss this week. I thought I was stuck. I was 209.5 or less all week. Could 208 be near? Hoping so.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goals: ONEderland before the end of 2017.
180 in however long it takes, and I'll evaluate at that time. Haven't been there since my early 20s.

Couldn’t decide whether to post this. My weight has shot up more than three pounds despite careful eating and logging. I know it’s all water from a nasty injury on Monday- my leg is still very swollen. Still very disheartening to see numbers going up. And I can’t workout now for a while!
