    I've been lazing a lot lately, i tried to go to the gym the other day but it was closed when i arrived do i walked for a hour. The water intake is back to what I used to be but i want it back to 4L a day, heres to next week

    Oct 11: 214.6 (+1) — hoping this is a lot of water weight. Had a bad week, but wasn't over maintenance at all......
