Armenian Dinner

Wondering the approximate calories in the average Armenian dinner. Any ideas? Been invited to a friend's parents for dinner and have no idea how many calories I should log for dinner.

    That’s interesting and random :) I love Armenian food but I do know it’s a lot of beans and meats and oils are calories I often forget but can add up to a lot. Anyways, I’m not helpful. I’d say break down the meal and ingredients mentally and make a good guess.

    Thanks, I'm going to figure about 1800 calories, more if I indulge in pastries.

    In situations like this I prefer to eat slowly so I can stop when I'm full. At least that cuts back on the calories if I don't overeat.
