So not sure if anybody else does this but one way to motivate myself to workout is to highlight a calender.
I take a calender and put it on my fridge and for everyday I workout, I highlight the day. I always choose nice bright colours and aim to colour more and more of it. Plus, it doesn't look as pretty if it's got little colour. :P And it's on the fridge so I see it every day.
And also then I can compare each month and see progress. When I first started I was only doing three or so days a week then I went up to about 6 days a week. And consistently, too. Now it's less so I know I need to start working hard to get more days in a week.
I find it motivational so I figured maybe somebody else would find it motivational too?
Anyway, now I'm off to work out. :P
