Walk 20 mins everyday regardless of other workout

Hi everyone I’m going to try to do this if anyone wants to join. I think it’s really beneficial to get 20 mins to yourself and at least clear your mind on your walk. I have anxiety/stress so this is personally helpful for me! Plus I’ve read that even 20 mins walking everyday will help so much in the long run cheers

I usually skip Sundays for walking but will add it in!2

I'm already bike commuting to work, but it would be nice to still have a short walk.2 -
I walk at least half an hour every day. It clears my head.2

It was 32 degrees today and I did a short walk maybe 25 mins felt absolutely like I released so many toxins just around the block near my place but I live on a slight hill0
