32yr old mom,working fulltime and trying to loose 5.5kg over 2months.
Lots of motivation needed.
My diet im trying to follow will be almost no carbs or sugar.Clean eating.Perhaps a few Herbalife meal replacement shakes.
30min Walking every night....maybe i will join a gym later on.

Hiya,
My advice is to don't try to cut all carbs from the beginning, cut 15% carbs every 2week, until 2-3months0 -
